Over the last decade, I owned 10 women’s only fitness facilities and have coached hundreds of overweight women. I inspire them to transform their lives so they can experience greater self-acceptance and love. This results in more joyfilled lives and deeper, more authentic relationships in addition to the ability to release weight permanently.
I am providing this tele-summit for you because I've noticed trends among the women I've coached. For many of them, the habits and beliefs they acquired as children set up an adult lifetime of yo-yo dieting with feelings of low self-esteem and progressively more overweight bodies. Many of them are caught in a cycle of trying the latest quick fix or diet program, failing to take consistent action, and then judging themselves harshly for their failure, which typically just adds more pounds to their already overweight body.
In order to solve the issue of obesity in the United States, I believe it’s important to address the issue of childhood obesity now! Through this tele-summit project, I want to help YOU, the concerned Mom, learn to create a healthy environment that nurtures your child’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. I believe this will result in your kids growing into adults who know how to “BE” healthy not “do” diets. I hope you register NOW!
